Legal Notice – Greenbull Club

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, and in particular French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (France), the users ("User(s)" or "You") of the website https://gbclub2026.webflow.io (the "Website") and of the Greenbull Club community application (the "Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform") are hereby informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and operation.
ARTICLE 1 – PUBLISHER OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform is published by GREENBULL TECHNOLOGY FZCO, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and specifically under the authority of the DMCC Free Zone, with a share capital of AED 100,000, whose registered office is located at Office 3004-3009, 30th Floor, Platinum Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, holder of licence No. DMCC-747038 issued by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (hereinafter "Greenbull" or the "Publisher").

ARTICLE 2 – THE HOST

The community Application is an application installed on the User's device and is not subject to separate hosting. The data processed via the Application is hosted on servers located in Amsterdam (Netherlands), within the European Union, through the infrastructure provider Railway Corp., 548 Market Street, Suite 68956, San Francisco, California 94104, United States (team@railway.com), with which the Data Controller has concluded a data processing agreement including Standard Contractual Clauses. The representative of Railway Corp. within the European Union, within the meaning of Article 27 of the GDPR, is the company DP-Dock GmbH, Attn.: Railway Corporation, Ballindamm 39, 20095 Hamburg, Germany.
ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM
The purpose of the Platform is to present the Greenbull Club (the "Club") and to allow the submission of an application to join the Club.
The Platform presents in particular:
- The Club, its purpose and its community;
- The private events organised or coordinated by the Club, between France and Dubai;
- Access to investment opportunities identified within the Greenbull ecosystem and offered by its partners;
- The benefits reserved for Club members within the Greenbull ecosystem;
- Access to the ARYA Wealth tool.
The Platform allows Users to submit an application by means of the form provided for that purpose. It does not allow the creation of a user account (the "Account"), the direct subscription of the membership, or online payment. Membership takes place, after acceptance of the application, in accordance with the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The services ("Services") offered within the Club are intended exclusively to enable its members to belong to a circle and to access a network. They do not in any way constitute a brokerage activity, portfolio management, or a regulated investment advisory service.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
The Platform is accessible from anywhere, 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled or unscheduled interruption arising from maintenance requirements.
The Publisher may not be held liable in the event of any modification, interruption or suspension of the Platform.
ARTICLE 5 – ABSENCE OF INVESTMENT ADVICE
The Services and information offered on the Platform are intended for exclusively technical and informational purposes.
They do not in any way constitute:
- Personalised investment advice;
- A recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments;
- An incentive to invest;
- Portfolio management on behalf of third parties;
- A brokerage activity;
- An investment service within the meaning of applicable financial regulations, in particular within the meaning of the European MiFID II Directive.
The Company is neither an investment services provider nor a regulated financial institution.
The Company furthermore carries out no activity of intermediation in miscellaneous assets, banking or financial canvassing, nor any public offering of financial securities.
The content published on the Platform, the opportunities presented, the opinions expressed and the experiences shared within the Club do not take into account the personal, financial or asset-related situation of the User.
Any investment decision or execution of a financial transaction is the sole responsibility of the User.
Investments in financial markets carry a high risk of capital loss, which may extend to the total loss of the sums invested.
The User acknowledges being solely responsible for their choices and financial transactions.
ARTICLE 6 – COOKIES
6.1 Use of cookies

The use of cookies helps to improve the content and functionality of our Website and to make your browsing smoother, to operate the website, to collect traffic information or to remember Users' actions and preferences over time.

- Functional cookies: necessary to provide the Services requested by Users on the Website;
- Analytics cookies: they allow us to observe Users' movements on the Website and to record which content is viewed and of interest to Users. They contribute to improving the Service we provide by ensuring that Users access the information they are looking for.

ARTICLE 7 – COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the use of the Platform and the Services offered, the Publisher may collect and process personal data concerning Users, in particular upon:
- Submission of an application to join the Club;
- Creation of an Account;
- Membership;
- Browsing the Platform;
- Use of the tools and Services offered;
- Contact with support.
The data collected may include, in particular, identification data, contact details, technical connection information and transaction-related data.
This data is collected in order to:
- Process and assess applications;
- Enable access to and management of the Services;
- Process subscriptions and payments;
- Improve the User experience;
- Respond to support requests;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where the User resides in the European Union, their data is processed in accordance with the mandatory provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Publisher, established outside the European Union, has appointed a representative within the Union within the meaning of Article 27 of the GDPR, whose contact details appear in the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, the User acknowledges having read this Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements making up the Platform, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, animations, sounds, software, code, interfaces, trademarks and domain names, as well as any content accessible via the Services (documents, digital media, tools, algorithms and artificial intelligence modules), are protected by the laws in force relating to intellectual property.
These elements are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, publication or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Platform or any of its elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings, in particular on the grounds of infringement.
Access to the Platform and the Services does not confer any intellectual property rights on the User, who benefits solely from a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, within the limits provided for by the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
The Publisher uses all reasonable means to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Platform. However, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information made available.
The information published on the Platform is provided for information purposes only.
The use of the Platform and the Services is at the User's sole responsibility.
The Publisher may not be held liable for:
- Errors or omissions on the Platform;
- Temporary interruptions of access to the Platform;
- Technical malfunctions beyond its control;
- Direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Platform;
- Financial losses resulting from decisions taken by the User on the basis of the information or tools offered.
The Publisher may not be held liable for content accessible via hypertext links to third-party websites, which are the sole responsibility of their respective publishers.
Trading and investments in financial markets carry a high risk of capital loss. The User acknowledges acting at their sole responsibility.
ARTICLE 10 – COMPLAINTS AND AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
Any complaint must be addressed to the Publisher at contact@greenbull.club, which undertakes to acknowledge receipt and to provide a response within one (1) month.
As the Publisher is a company established outside the European Union, the consumer mediation mechanism provided for in Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, which presupposes a professional established within the Union, does not apply. The Publisher nevertheless remains willing to seek an amicable solution to any dispute with any consumer.
A consumer residing in the European Union retains the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence and may request the assistance of the European Consumer Centre of their country of residence (ECC-Net network).
ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW
The Platform and this Legal Notice are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
However, where the User is a consumer residing in a Member State of the European Union, that User also benefits from the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence, which prevail in the event of conflict.
